Product Overview
The ET4860-M3J21A is a rugged 6kW DC power system built for telecom exchanges, data centers, and industrial facilities that demand high-availability power distribution. It runs off a 220VAC single-phase 63A/1PN supply and produces a regulated DC output adjustable from –43VDC to –58VDC, nominally set at –53.5VDC. Even at full load, the system maintains conversion efficiency above 96%, making it well suited for energy-sensitive, high-density deployments.
Designed with modular redundancy in mind, the unit accepts up to two 3000W hot-swappable rectifier modules in an N+1 configuration. Each module weighs less than 2kg and relies on forced-air cooling to maintain stable performance. Thanks to a near-unity power factor (≥0.99) and low total harmonic distortion (THDi ≤5%), the rectifiers deliver clean power while minimizing stress on upstream infrastructure. Housed in a 1U chassis that fits standard 19-inch racks, the system features front-access servicing and top-panel cable entry, with an IP20 rating that safeguards against accidental contact.
On the distribution side, a dedicated panel includes BLVD functionality to support flexible load management. The onboard controller comes with 3 analog sensor inputs, 8 digital status inputs, and 8 configurable dry-contact relays for alarm handling. For remote oversight, RS232/485 and SNMP interfaces are both available, while the built-in LCD screen enables on-site configuration and real-time status checks without external tools.
Built for harsh operating environments, the system tolerates ambient temperatures from –40°C to +65°C and relative humidity levels between 5% and 95% (non-condensing). It also sustains full output power at altitudes up to 3000 meters. With its scalable architecture and emphasis on continuous operation, the ET4860-M3J21A delivers a future-proof DC power foundation for infrastructure where downtime is not an option.
